As all Croaking Toad products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Quirkydesignz@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Your statutory rights are not affected by this Policy.
